3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Pre-Launch Pricing

During the pre-launch period, we offer limited lifetime pricing tiers. These prices are locked in for qualifying accounts and will not increase, provided the account remains active and in good standing.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected (monthly or annual). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us at billing@adkeyai.com within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner without our written consent

- Resell or redistribute our data or outputs without authorization

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data — are owned by Adkey AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the purpose of delivering the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party APIs including Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and OpenAI. Your use of data derived from these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or changes to third-party data sources.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

- Search volume data or keyword insights will be 100% accurate

- Results from using the Service will meet your specific business objectives

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adkey AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adkey AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
